Falcon is a fast-growing unincorporated community in eastern El Paso County that has exploded in population since the early 2000s due to affordable land and proximity to Peterson and Schriever Space Force Bases. Most of the housing stock is newer construction, builder-grade subdivisions from 2000 onward, though development is still active.
