Pre-Treatment
We apply a pre-treatment solution to heavy soil areas, traffic lanes, and any stains. This loosens the dirt so the main cleaning pulls it out instead of pushing it deeper.

Hot Water Extraction
We run hot water deep into the carpet pile under pressure and extract it back out immediately along with the loosened soil. This is what most people call steam cleaning, though the water is hot rather than actual steam.

Dry and Walkthrough
We do a walkthrough with you before we leave so you can check the results while we are still there. Carpet is typically dry within two to four hours in Colorado Springs's dry air.
